Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Issue while splitting the shipment

Hello,

When I am trying to split a shipment, I am getting the following error.

"The selected MODE is from the PUBLIC domain. Please select from CORP domain. (0=[EXEL.1317003185])"

I checked the mode of the shipment, it is saying CORP.LTL. I didn't understand what this error means.

Can someone help me with this?
