An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_00275_AAD_S_000017_PKG.EventClass_127. ORA-04061:

After upgrading from 12.0.4 - 12.1.3, in the CRP Instance we are encountering the above error message for Accounting Program which is spawned from PRC: Create Accounting run for Total Burdened Costs.

The Package and Package Body - XLA_00275_AAD_S_000017_PKG seems to Valid.

We suspect a coding issue for which Oracle may need to provide a Patch.

Any thoughts, in case you have encountered similar errors in the past would be helpful.
