Recordeing Cash Advance to Employee from the Petty Cash

Dear,

we have scenario that we pay to employee petty cash to the project manager and project manger spend some amount as expense from the petty cash some amount he gives to employee as an Loan or advance from the petty cash. Please let me know how I can proceed this transaction Oracle R12.
