Changing Default Where class using Custom.pll in R12

Hello

 

I am in R12.1.3 and on Sales Order Organizer form or Sales Order form for one responsibility i want to restrict the users not see any quotes for 'XYZ' order type...if anybody did the same please share the inputs..
