Need solution for placing orders with two different contract periods

Hello,

We have equipment that is ordered with two types of coverage:

Hardware for duration of 36 months
Software for duration of 24 months

When both services are placed on the same order, standard Oracle Contract creates one contract  the longest duration.
Our contracts organization needs two separate contracts based on periods.

Is there a good way to achieve this requirement?
