PO Attachments through Approval page (v 9.1)

Can you view attachments that were added at a header or line level on a PO through the approval pages? We are using the approval framework but I am not seeing how an approver could view the attachment on a PO without going to the actual PO. This is for Purchasing 9.1 Approval Framework.Thanks!
