RFI responses correction

We have few RFIs with requirements on sections and many colloboration members .

In one of the Section(final review),the internal requirement "List of Improvement Actions to be implemented"  is defined as Text  and it has got more characters enterred by the member.

This RFI response i need to correct it through back end script.

Can you please advise which table stores the member responses please.
