Scenario in Credit Hold Logic using Precalculated Exposure

Hi

I have a scenario for doing the Credit Hold using Precalculated Exposure. 

Credit check rule has Precalculated Exposure checked

Customer has Credit Limit of 1000$

Order came in for 5000$.  It went on Credit Hold now.

Credit Limit is increased to 10000$

Initialize Credit summary is run and Credit Check processor is also run

Now the Credit Hold is released Automatically.

Now the Credit Limit is updated back to 1000$

Now the Initialize Credit Summary again run and Credit Check Processor

Now the Order doesn't go back on Credit Hold.  How can we achieve that ? 

Please help !!
