EXT3-fs warning (device dm-0): ext3_dx_add_entry: Directory index full!

 Hi bro,
the output of dmesg is EXT3-fs warning (device dm-0): ext3_dx_add_entry: Directory index full!.
my x4800 is Oracle Linux 5 and this error is at LV_ROOT. 
I have fsck for LV_ROOT during reboot process, but can't fix this issue.
I have checked Mail Queue :
# sendmail is stop
#/var/spool/mqueue is empty
                Total requests: 0
This is status vg :
[root@PRIMHST ~]# df -i
