ACR 327- Bulk order

 Hi All,
We are currently in Siebel 8.0.0.13 version and we would like to apply for ACR 327 Bulk order. And, we are not going to apply ACR499(i.e. extension of Bulk ordering 8.1.x version). 

Now, we would like to know the list of features present in ACR327. We could not find exact document to refer the same. Can you please list down them?
