Not able to control the number format in Oracle Apps XML publisher template

Dear,

Customer uses XML publisher templates to develop some reports.

The report should  display both in Arabic and English numerals in a single file (Template).

But the numbers are displayed either in English or in Arabic depending on the language choosen while uploading the template.

Does Oracle Apps XML publisher has limitation to display the numbers only in a single language format within a template ?

Is there any other option to display the arabic and english numerals within the same template ?

Note: XML publisher within Oracle Apps (XML Publihser Administrator) Responsibility
