Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. why the value of external_bank_account_id = -1 in the AP_CHECKS_ALL table

EBS 11.5.10.2

I find that there are three types of value for the column external_bank_account_id in the ap_checks_all table, -1, null, the real bank_account_id.

What does the "-1" in this column means?

I will appreciate it very much if anyone helps me.
