User Provisioning - How to avoid large manual effort

Hi all,

We have a number of power users that are in charge of managing the provisioning and one of the key dimension to manage is the Entity dimension.

We are on 11.1.2.1 and this can be a very tedious task. We are wondering if there's a shortcut that we could potentially make use of to make admins life easier for this task.

One key factor to consider is the fact we will have a number of new entities for the next year that are going to be exactly the same as this year but with a different prefix 2014 instead of 2013.
