Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Can anybody confirm that it is correct that the "Manage Work Order Program" (P90CD015) in the CRM module is not available for version 8.12 ?

And if so, where can I find the Service Management Implementation Guide for version 8.12 ?
