Duplicate Requisition approval list generated

Hi,

The requisitions are following the correct approval as per the AME rule, but once the final person approves the requisition, the duplicate approval list get generated. It goes for approval from the approvers again.

This issue we are not able to replicate and has happened for couple of requistions.
