Record is not printing in R43500

The line number of the order 11150XXX is not getting printed while running R43500. I have another order(4123XXX) with the same status (Next and Last), but it's lines are coming. So I guess, the issue is with data. Let me please know where should I check. When I debugged the report, for the order 11150XXX, the debugger is not going to the 'Do Section' as opposed to 4123XXX.
