got the below error while applying patch 9863104

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

au      resource        ARXRAATR.pll
au      resource        ARXTWACC.pll

Please note that 11i.FIN_PF.G was applied before this patch .


tried to regenerate the form and libraries using adadmin but failed also.
