OTL: Overtime Calculations for Saturday Worked.

 Hello Everyone,
I have a requirement IN OTL

Anything above 8 hours a day should be over time (1.5x)
also Saturday and Sunday worked should be overtime (1.5x).

So for these requirement, How policies will be designed. I have tried but it didn't worked.
