Question about WebADI functionality
We got the patch applied to enable WebADI Installed base mass update functionality. When I tried to use it for existing records, the excel file never gets populated with any of the data from the selected criteria.
For example, when I choose to mass update existing records for customer : Walmart or by item number, no records are loaded in excel file
Thus, am not able to test this functionality or demo to end user

Using Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility, select Mass Update tab
- Select WebADI option
- Create Batch Number, and Action: Search and Manage Item Instances
- Click on GO
- Select WebADI option
- Create Batch Number, and Action: Search and Manage Item Instances
