Hiring Contacts via Self Service
Our client wants to hire contact to an employee through Manager Self Service. The standard MSS does not allow this as the contacts are considered as potential duplicate and error is thrown. It is validating the SSN of the person and throws the error. I came to know that there is an enhancement request for the same with Oracle (ER 8320108). Is there any workaround for this? Anybody is having such requirement and using any workaround?
Currently, they hire thru PUI for which all the Managers do not have access.
