Reg : How To Create an iStore user that has access to multiple customers

Hello Gurs,
We would like to create an iStore business (B2B) user that can access multiple customer accounts also referred to as Multicustomer Access.

We followed the note (R12 How To Create an iStore user that has access to multiple customers? (Doc ID 1546142.1)) and applied the patch (Patch:14385057:R12.IBE.B).

We follwed the setup steps specified.

But when we create "To Customer Contact" , instead of using existing person new person (contact) is getting created. And hence the functionality is not working.

Any suggesstions would be greatly helpful.
