Connected Mobile Sales not syncing

 Hi All,

We have a situation where the data is not being synced backed to CRMOD from Connected Mobile Sales application. The users are making changes in CMS but they are not being reflected in CRMOD application. Any idea why this is happening or is it something we have to do in order to start the sync process.
