Why does the Revenue Recognition complete with warning and leave unprocessed transactions?

The Revenue Recognition Program (ARBARL) has been completing with warning. The log toes not provide any information regarding the issue (see attached log). When you view the details of the request, it has this Completion Text: "Revenue Recognition failed to process some transactions. Please review the Execution report for more details."  (see attached screenshot).  The output shows a lot of  unprocessed (or partially processed) transactions with zero revenue distributions (see attached output). As a result, we are missing Revenue enttries in GL. We tried to serach Oracle Support but are not able to find a hit to this issue. It is
