When navigating between pages in application, focus is not at the top of the page after moving to 8.

 HIWe have moved to 8.1.1.9 from 8.1.1.6. We observe that when navigating between pages in application in Standard Interactive mode (eService) , focus is not at the top of the page. We just installed the base version and the patches needed,no other changes made.
Any thoughts?.
