Suppression error

 Hi All,
Getting the below error when suppressing an activity in PM schedule form. setups are fine. but not able to save after selecting suppressed activity. Please let me know if you have faced this issue.

Violates the Suppression rule: One can suppress many but one can only be suppressed by one
