Upload from XLS to billing tab in Lease and Document Enter form in under PROPERTY MANAGER RESPO

Hi,
We have requirement on monthly basis to generate invoice from Lease Form (Property Manager) Billing tab.
There are around 300+ entries every month we have to post in billing tab., at present we are doing it MANUAL ENTRY but our HOD want this process through system (upload).

Is there any option or API available or workaround to upload records from excel sheet to billing tab under lease form in property manager respn.

Please update if i m not clear with my question
