Not able to search Service Contract

 Hi,
I have created a custom responsibility and added below function and sub-menu
Function - Launch Contracts
 Sub Menu - OKS_CONTRACTS_ADMIN_R12

I am not sure what is the problem but its not able to search any contract on contract search form.

If we just open any contract from Launch Pad and query the form (F11 & Ctrl F11) with another contract it pulls the records.

Only problem is its not able to pull from Contract Search form.

Any help is much appreciated.
