Website Tracking Script
Hello,
I need help understanding what "Page Categories" are used for within Website Tracking Scripts. We have an external website where we integrated ODM webforms (through iframes) to capture leads. Website activity is captured (separate from "registered" activity) when a lead is captured during the browser session. But only pages with our iframed webforms are recording activity.
We were told by our implementation partners, about a year ago, that ODM has web tracking capabilities, but weren't trained on how to set it up. In my past life, I was (oh, still am I guess) a web designer and I've used Googe tracking codes for years, but what is this "Page Category" concept. I see that I can configure the 'label' to be whatever I want to name it. But it still has me wondering. I also noticed there's a web tracking report that has columns for Page Categories.
