Opportunity Sales Process

I have 2 sales process defined in my production and staging environment.

1 is default and the other is not.  Some of the roles have been assigned this non-default sales process.

Now If I go to either Activity or Opportunity reports, and select the Sales Process Name field as a column, should I see both the Sales processes there or just the default one?

And if these 2 have different sales stages,  in the sales stage column should I see only the default sales stages from the default sales process or should I see all sales stages from all processes?
