Hello Experts,

We plan to place an patch CPU July 2010 on one customer setup, while we found that one of Oracle instance status in one of node is Unknown (HA mode), so the question is:

Is it safe to do this patch upgrading based on current oracle issue? 

Our customer had queried to local Oracle support about this issue, oracle has confirmed many times that this database issue is not impacting the system in any ways, would you please advice should we go ahead ot stop until the issue get solved ?

Please see the output of Oracle Rac (10.2.0.4.0)
