Access is not allowed for the task : error in osm

Hi All,

Im working with OSM 7.0.2.04 , I have a cartridge in which the first automated task is . When i fire the order, the flow comes from COM to SOM(SOM_ProvisionOrderFulfillment) after that
it comes to the first automated task and there it shows the following error :
