Override Agreement price with Zero

User rase a auto PR , there are 3 active agreement for the item, default agreement is CT2012025. But if user select the same agreement again, then we found that PR's unit price is 0.

As per our analysis , here is the SAR 6484376 which is applied to override the unit price. Please let us know the significance of this SR on the standard JDE functionality. Kindly let me know if this can be removed or an important one.
