Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Difference between sql profiles,outlines and SPM

Hi,

Can you explain the difference between sql outlines ,profile and SPM and how is each one of them different from each other.

All three of them are used for stabilising the execution plan avoiding it to be changed which mite even cause performance regressions.
