Tax Calculation Issue

Hi,

I am trying to create a Service Agreement manually in Service Contract module. I entered all the header level information(Note: I entered the AR Transaction Type: Invoice-OKL, in AR I checked the Transaction Type definition and found that the checkboc Default Tax Classification is checked) , I entered the Service Item , after entering the Service Ite, in the Subline I trued to selcted the covered level as "Customer" and selcted the Customer Name, I am facing following 2 issues:

1. Though Service Item is defined in the Price List(which is attached at Header level), price is not getting populated automatically.
