strange laggy network behaviour when using SRU 9.5.1

HI, I'm running various ldoms on a t4-4 server  using OpsCenter update 4 to manage.
Noticed in the last couple of days that my LDOMS running SRU 9.5 were exhibiting a definite delay when using the command line.  I re-provisioned this LDOM with SRU 7 and it was fine, patched it to SRU9 and again it slowed down.  Rolled it back to 7 and it was again ok.

Anyone know of any LDOM performance issues with SRU 9?
