Getting error while running Generate Revenue Accounting Program

We hava a project for which we are generating the revenue in Project Accounting. I was able to run the generate draft revenue process succesfully without any issues. Later when i ran the program PRC: Generate Revenue Accounting Events, it completed with an error. Log file shows the belo error.

ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows.

Could someone please help me here, figuring the issue causing this error.
