AutoPatch error - Error running SQL and EXEC commands in parallel

Hi

 

I need your support to overcome a bad situation while applying patch (6678700_AR) on my VM. this patch for installing Arabic language in R12.1.1 using Linux 5.4 platform

 

Hereunder adpatch log for the error

All workers have quit.

 

AutoPatch error:

 

Error running SQL and EXEC commands in parallel

 

Freeing includes hash table

Freeing fixes hash table

Freeing entities hash table

 

You should check the file  ( /u01/oraapp/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/PROD/log/adpatch.log) for errors.

Unfortunately, I am not experience with Linux commands. So, I need solution steps (if exist) in details
