Use the Futuer segment for employee and employee information will come from the HR module

Dear,

We have a 6 segments in the GL and one of them is futuer segment and value is current is 00-common. Now the system is running and I have to use this futuer segment as as an emplyee.

Please consider below also.

Why I want to use the futuer segment as employee becasue users wants to distribute the Expenses by employess like they company buy the Air Tickt from th travel company so liability will be book against the supplier but expense need to distrubute by emplyee in the distribution line. So as per my understanding that I can utalized the futuer segment as an employee.
