Need to find changes done on particular item attributes

Hi ,

Is there any way to check what changes done on particular item attributes on any Item? Does system keeps track of this information on any table??

Ex, if user change the item attribute from Purchases to Non-Purchased then can we check this info? System only shows the Last Update date infor, not what changes done ?
