 What is the difference between the free-mvc totals for VLE's and the VTAPE subpool scratch total?

 The free-mvc totals for VLE's are displayed with the VT QU MVCPOOL command.
 The VTAPE subpool scratch totals are displayed with the VT QU SCRATCH command.
