GL Encumbrance balance to match with open PRs and POs

 Hi Team,

Is there any report in the procurment to show all the open PR and PO which match  to GL encumbrance 
amount as of date..

If so, Please advise.

If not pleae gudie us what is the best way to build this report .we want to have report where it match with encumbrance
balance in  GL..this report should show only Open PRs and Open POs and Invoice.Report output as below output..

As of Jun-2013

PR Amount
--
01-200-6354-0 200
=========

PO
--
01-300-6354-0 300
=======

--------
Toatl Encumbrance     500
========

This should match with GL as of date...

We can have data from XLA tables but it is not working some scenario where we try to knock off PR as below,
