Restoring DB on new server with old name

We have a 2 node RAC and database name is DB1. We need to restore this DB1 database on another single server S. The server S already database QA1 and this QA1 need to replaced with the data of DB1 but the name should remain QA1 after the restore. This is on 11.2.0.3. The DB1 size is 500 GB but QA1 is just 10 GB. We don't want to use data pump export/import. We do have all RMAN backups available for database DB1.

Could you please suggest the steps / document id related to my requirements?
