How to adopt clauses when new Operating Unit is created?

 Hi all,

PO contracts was implemented only for one Operating Unit, set as the Gloval OU.

Now, 3 others OUs is going to use PO Contracts and I have set the Auto adopt clause to Yes for each Operating Unit.

But the global clauses were created a long time ago and they are all approved. And now when I search on the new OU responsibility, the clauses are not showing as Available to Adopt.

Does this tool would only work for new clauses? How can I copy these clauses to new OUs?
