Difference between Recovery Checkpoint and Current Checkpoint

Hi,
When I use INFO <Extract Name> SHOWCH, the Recovery Checkpoint and Current Checkpoint values are the same:

GGSCI (DevServ64-1) 6> info e000001a showch

EXTRACT    E000001A  Last Started 2013-07-23 16:14   Status STOPPED
Checkpoint Lag       00:00:00 (updated 00:14:41 ago)
