How to make attachments mandatory on Sales Order form?

 Hello,
We are on R12.1.3

We are using standard OM "Automatic Attachments" functionality.  However, it does not make attachments mandatory to enter and user can book SO without updating attachments.

We want System to should force user to update attachments on Sales Order Header form before booking.

Is there any standard functionality to achieve this?
