Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. transaction lock on /var/lib/rpm/__db.000 while executing ./jdk-6u51-linux-x64-rpm.bin

tried:
rm -rf /var/lib/rpm__db.00*

# to rebuild the rpm library
rpm --rebuilddb

still getting the transaction lock ???

bin file is owned by oracle, logged is as oracle,

[oracle@BANWEBLOGIC1 p9553040_java_update_51]$ ./jdk-6u51-linux-x64-rpm.bin
