CRM OD - Report Printer Friendly version

Hi

 

Special Characters are used as part of the field values (Apostrophe is one of them). The Field is part of many reports. In UI, the output is fine but the printer friend version shows the ASCII value. An Example is shown below.

Have attached the Screen shot of report output.

Note : 39 is the Ascii value for the Apostrophe.

Is there any way to fix this ? Ideas are welcome.

 

Workaround isto strip off the Apostrophe in the Report Design, not sure how the client takes it though.

Kindly help me solving this.
