'Payroll Costing Details' diagnostic test

Hi,

 I want to add 'Payroll Costing Details' diagnostic test to 'Data Collection' Group of Payroll application, but am getting the below error while adding the Test.

 ERROR:  The executable for the test is not available

Any help is much appreciated.
