Is the Segmentation wizard language independent

Hi,

I have downloaded the segmentation wizard, and have configured it for our Production environment (current language - English-American)

Now, I want send the same Segmentation Wizard to my end users across different countries (USA, Russian, China, Germany, etc...) for them to use.

But, as the users in a specific country are configured with / using their local language (For example: German users are using German language and Russian users are using Russian language).

Wanted to check,

1. If we can use the same segmentation wizard accross all countries, meaning is a Segmentation Wizard language independent. Or

2. Do we need to configure it based on the language used?, if yes, then how to configure it for a non-english language (example: German)
