PAY: How can we pay arrear of Previous month After payroll run

  I would like to share the scenarion which we are facing right now. We run payroll on 25 of every month. after 26 employee will get their salary of the next month.
 
  We hava grade wise gross salary as following.

  Grad1  =  75000 
  Grad2  =  60000
  Grad3  =  45000
  Grad4  =  35000
  Grad5  =  20000

  To capture this scenario, how can we do this throug oracle given functionality.
